We shall endeavour to keep investors informed of any changes as required by local and international law. As a matter of policy, GIL does not disclose non-public information about investors or former investors and clients to third parties other than in the course of providing services as described herein.

In order to provide such services GIL may be required to interact with third party service providers and financial institutions and use the information only for the purposes for which the information is disclosed. We do not otherwise provide information to outside firms, organisations or individuals except to their lawyers, accountants, administrators and auditors as may be required by local and international law from time to time.
